At Winning Team International Hand of Compassion (WTIHC), we believe that real change starts with action.
As a registered organization under the Kenya NGOs Coordination Board, we are dedicated to empowering the most vulnerable—youth, women, and marginalized communities—through economic development, capacity building, and social transformation.
Guided by our core principle, “Community Development, Empowerment, and Transformation,” we equip individuals with the skills, opportunities, and resources they need to achieve financial independence and build sustainable futures.
We work across Nairobi’s informal and underserved settlements—Kawangware, Dandora, Kibera, and Mathare—as well as in rural counties like Narok, Bungoma, and West Pokot, ensuring that no one is left behind. creating opportunities for financial independence, environmental conservation, and personal development.
